This Sedan layout is great for a small cruiser. There is a nice size fly bridge with built-in seating and an aft deck cockpit for easy access. The main cabin has a large built in corner dinette that converts into a berth. The galley is below on the port side. This includes a sink with hot and cold water, and a two burner alcohol cook top. The head is directly across to starboard and includes a toilet and shower. The V birth master stateroom is forward. The guest stateroom is to starboard with the entry adjacent to the dinette, behind the lower driving station. There are large viewing windows all around that make for a bright and roomy feel. The boat features a nicely appointed fly bridge helm station as well as a lower station to starboard in the main salon.
The boat is presently dry docked for the winter at Northern Harbour on Lake of the Woods and is moored there during the summer months as well. The docking fees have been paid for for the summer. The current slip has easy access and a great view. This would be available to the new owner if needed.
